CCD stands for Confraternity of Christian Doctrine, or more simply Catholic religious education for children. Through attending CCD classes, children learn about the Catholic faith as they study scripture, prayer, Catholic doctrine, and Catholic traditions. CCD also prepares students for the reception of Sacraments.
Classes are held for young people in grades 1st through 11th. Classes are held every Wednesday from 6:00-7:00 pm in the church activity building classrooms. Classes start in August and end in May. Students who do not attend Catholic school should attend in order to be enriched in the faith and teaching of the Catholic Church. Contact: Mrs. Angela Lee at 318-613-8773-C
